Carter’s, Inc. in Baton Rouge seeks a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, promote our baby essentials, and help prep for the first day of school while modeling friendly service and product knowledge.

Lead a welcoming, inclusive team, coach on omni-channel service, and drive store results through planning and follow-through. This role requires energy and strong communication with flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and promote our baby brands with product knowledge.
• Lead and coach store team to meet service standards.
• Drive sales with omni-channel service and timely follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties and address customer concerns.
• Use feedback to identify opportunities and improve results.
