Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. in Monroe, LA is hiring a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet new parents and grandparents, introduce our baby essentials, and help families prepare for the first day of school while delivering friendly, helpful service.

You will foster an inclusive environment, coach teammates, model service standards, and lead an assigned business focus area. This role blends customer care with leadership and daily operations at Carter’s.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with Outlook and basic Excel/web navigation.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert from preemie to size 14 for families.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and coach others on omni-channel experiences.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and resolving concerns.
• Use customer feedback to drive actionable improvements.
• Build loyalty through company programs, including credit.
