Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of our brand for growing families in Baton Rouge. You’ll greet parents, introduce our baby essentials, and help prep for school moments while fostering an inclusive, high-energy store environment.

You’ll coach teammates on service standards, drive omni-channel experiences, and lead in-stores initiatives, balancing sales with staff development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Lift 40 pounds as needed.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing customer concerns promptly.
