You’ll learn Lovesac selling process, greet customers with energy, and build relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal shoppers.

In a fast-paced, customer-first environment, you’ll work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, use CRM tools, hit sales targets, and contribute to a positive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Comfort with using technology and internal CRM systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to local stores if required.
