The Lovesac Company is seeking a Sales Associate in Massachusetts to connect with customers, deliver exceptional service, and design products that fit living spaces. You will engage customers with a friendly approach, demonstrate products, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-first environment where every interaction matters.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are comfortable using CRM systems and POS tools.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to use technology for sales, product demos, CRM, and customer outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, deliver engaging tours, education, and close sales.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales goals and KPIs with confident, disciplined execution.
