Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in South Portland, ME to connect with customers, present our Sacs and Sactionals, and drive exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll greet customers with energy, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to close sales.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail or customer service, are comfortable using CRM systems, and can work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Must be able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following Lovesac selling process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
