Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will engage with customers, support merchandise procedures, and participate in loss prevention and safety initiatives.

The role may involve cross-training in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Prior retail experience is a plus, and associate discounts, 401(k) and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask across store areas and adapt to changing directions.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and follow operating procedures.
• Ring up purchases/returns accurately and count change.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery, safety, and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts and follow policies.
