You will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and ensure accurate checkout and returns while supporting store operations. Ideal candidates possess excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Ring purchases/returns and count change.
• Maintain merchandising standards and floor prep.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Support loss prevention and safety initiatives.
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in shrink-reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
