Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to greet clients with energy, deliver remarkable results, and drive conversion through the Lovesac selling process.

You will own the customer journey end-to-end, build authentic relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and create a fun, engaging showroom experience that inspires brand loyalty.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel locally to stores or meetings as required by the company.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions and customer data.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift; able to move objects up to 75 pounds.
