Lovesac Company is hiring a Sales Associate to greet clients, educate them on Lovesac products, and drive sales with an engaging, brand-first experience. You will own the customer journey, build lasting relationships, and deliver expert product knowledge on the showroom floor.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, demonstrating strong communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to stand and move objects up to 75 pounds and assemble furniture on the selling floor.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to protect customer data and privacy.

Responsabilités
