Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help people design products that fit their lifestyle. You will be approachable, positive, and build relationships that go beyond the transaction in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

You will support daily store operations, promote brand standards, and contribute to a positive team environment while learning the Lovesac products and selling processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support, demonstrate products, and use internal CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline.
• Drive loyalty and brand advocacy by building genuine connections and seizing new opportunities.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs, deliver excellent service, and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to create a fun, engaging experience and confidently close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
