Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Showroom Sales Associate to assist interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals with product recommendations and solutions. You will educate customers on installation and product use while aiming to meet personal and team sales goals.

Candidates should have strong design sense, be highly organized, and communicate effectively in English. This role offers 20–30 hours per week with an hourly wage and uncapped commissions potential.

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage of $19/Hr with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
