Job summary

The Tile Shop in Brookfield, CT seeks a Part-Time Sales associate to assist in our showroom, working with designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. You will recommend products to fit space, style, and budget, and build lasting customer relationships by providing expert guidance on installation and use.

You will track personal sales goals and help with orders, always presenting a professional image. This role offers $16–$19 per hour, 20–30 hours weekly, and opportunities to earn commissions

• Comfort with numbers and basic math for POS and sales calculations.

• Work in showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $16-$19/Hr, depending on experience and with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
