Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to work in our Brookfield showroom. You will assist interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals, offering recommendations to fit space, style, and budget while building strong customer relationships.

Expectation is to meet personal sales goals and contribute to team targets. A professional presentation is required as you educate customers about installation and usage of products, with uncapped commission potential.

Job Description

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $16-$19/Hr, depending on experience and with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
