Job summary

The Tile Shop in Englewood, CO is seeking a part-time Showroom Sales Associate to help interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals find the right tile solutions. You will provide recommendations based on space, style, and budget while building relationships and representing a professional image.

The role offers hourly pay between $16 and $19, with 20–30 hours per week and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned
