Job summary

The Tile Shop in Troy, MI is seeking a Part-Time Sales associate to help clients in our showroom. You’ll collaborate with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to match space, style, and budget with product solutions.

You will learn product details, educate customers on installation, and strive to exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding service. The role offers 20–30 hours weekly with pay between $16 and $19 per hour and uncapped commissions.

Job Description

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $16-$19/Hr, depending on experience and with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
