Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Showroom Sales Associate to work with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. You will provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements while learning installation basics and product details.

You will build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations, track orders, and contribute to team goals. This role offers an hourly wage of $16-$19, with 20-30 hours per week and uncapped commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations.
• Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback.
• Ability to multi task under high pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and highly organized in a retail setting.
• Sense of design: ability to compare styles, colors and textures.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills helpful for POS and inventory.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $16-$19/Hr, depending on experience and with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
