Job summary

Stego Management Services LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for roofing and home exteriors in Charlottesville, VA. You will meet homeowners, assess exterior needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and guide customers through the buying process.

No roofing experience is required; training is provided. You will operate with independence within Cenvar’s proven platform, leveraging leads, financing tools, and CRM support to grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements.
• Willingness to walk on roofs and work in and around residential homes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain pricing and financing options.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners through scheduled sales opportunities.
• Inspect exterior elements (roofs, gutters, siding, windows, doors) and assess needs.
• Explain Cenvar's products, services, scope of work, pricing and financing options clearly.
• Prepare estimates, present solutions, and ask for the sale.
• Manage your sales call schedule, calendar, follow-up, and CRM records.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from first appointment to project handoff.
