Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is hiring a part-time RN for the Jackson location, covering every other weekend with 8-hour day shifts. The role includes an $10,000 sign-on bonus and 8 scheduled hours per week, with compensation ranging from $36.00 to $48.00 hourly.

The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, collaborating with residents, families and a broad care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency across nursing scope and standards; support and delegate as needed.
