Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring a part-time RN for weekend days in Jackson Center, MN. The role supports long-term care residents with 8-hour day shifts every other weekend, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multi-state licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; maintain required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate and perform nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within competence.
