Job summary

Sanford Health Luverne is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our Critical Access Hospital team. You will provide patient care across Medical/Surgical, ER, and OB units on 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise
