Job summary

Sanford Health in the rural heartland seeks an experienced RN to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting, following the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.

The role requires an active RN license with a nationally accredited program graduate, with unemployment or not; shifts are 6pm–6am with rotating weekends. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state where practice occurs; multi-state licensure acceptable if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care and educate residents and families; collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe, reliable resident care.
