Generations Healthcare's The Bradley Gardens in San Jacinto, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday) to provide direct resident care and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with standards. The RN will work with the nursing team to maintain quality care, complete required documentation, and participate in on-the-job training.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for residents.
• Must be a supportive team member and contribute to teamwork.
• Must possess the ability to interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory personnel.
• Must know nursing practices, procedures, and relevant laws/regulations.
• Must be able to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret care programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise and assist day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure supervision adheres to federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate care plans.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure quality care.
