Job summary

Generations Healthcare Bradley Gardens in San Jacinto, CA, is seeking a Caregiver/Driver (flexible AM/PM shifts) to provide safe, timely transportation for residents to appointments at our 44-bed skilled nursing facility. Under supervision, you will load and escort residents, drive to locations, assist with check-in/out, and return them to the facility, ensuring comfort and safety.

A California driver license with a clean driving record is required; prior medical-driving experience is preferred;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior driving experience in a medical organization preferred.
• California driver license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with safety procedures for resident transport.
• Ability to assist residents with loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Load and escort residents into the vehicle.
• Drive safely to appointment locations.
• Check in with destination staff and accompany residents as needed.
• Return residents to the facility and update staff.
• Assist with transportation to off-site activities.
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
