Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This part-time position covers night and evening shifts, including every other weekend, and is supervised by the Director of Nursing to uphold standards and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, coordinating care, and ensuring high-quality resident care. Qualifications include BSN preferred, active RN license in Florida, IV certification, and CPR/BLS; English communication essential.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; current RN license in Florida.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.

Part Time Every Other Weekend 6:45a-3:15p

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts. All duties must align with professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.
