Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a part-time RN supervisor to support nursing leadership. You will oversee licensed and unlicensed staff, manage admissions and transfers, and ensure accurate documentation and billing of supplies.

The role requires an active RN license and a nursing degree. You will coordinate care with physicians, participate in MDS planning and quality initiatives, and work to maintain high standards of patient care in a non-profit, mission-driven

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Georgia RN license to practice.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.
• Documents and bills supplies used.
• Sends patients to the hospital when needed.
• Develops work assignments for unlicensed staff.
• Maintains communication with attending physicians.
• Coordinates care planning and MDS process with the Nursing Services team.
• Performs supervisory duties and assists with staffing budgets.
• Attends committees and participates in quality initiatives.
