Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Coordinate care planning/MDS process and committee meetings as necessary.
• Communicate with physicians and families and arrange transportation for appointments.
• Monitor compliance with licensure standards and survey processes.
