Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program and GA licensure.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in directing the day-to-day nursing functions.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers as requested.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care planning and MDS processes with physicians and families.
