Job summary
Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our skilled nursing neighborhood in Pennsylvania. The position is part-time and involves supervision of both direct and indirect nursing care, scheduling, and coordinating staffing replacements.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license with at least two years of supervisory nursing experience, CPR certification, and advanced nursing knowledge.
Qualifications
- Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of two years related nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Current or eligible for CPR certification.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and schedules; arrange replacements as necessary.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.
