Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Lansdale, PA, is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing care in our skilled nursing neighborhood at Brittany Pointe Estates. You will schedule assignments, supervise staff, and assist the Director of Nursing with evaluations.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and arrange replacements as necessary.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in job performance evaluations of nursing personnel
