Complete Care at Shrewsbury, NJ, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care.

The part-time role offers every other weekend from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees and opportunities for career advancement. RNs must hold an NJ license and have a nursing degree; PCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred
• Computer knowledge and PCC experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift; oversee medication distribution and patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure staff comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.
