Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking an RN Supervisor (part-time, every other weekend) to assess resident needs, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise LPNs and CNAs. The RN Supervisor will collaborate with the DON and Unit Manager to plan and implement a comprehensive nursing program.

Responsibilities include leading interdisciplinary care plan meetings, ensuring care plans address indicators, and preparing QM/QI reports.

Qualifications

• GA RN license required.
• 2–3 years of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON and Unit Manager with staffing and hiring.
• Provide clinical leadership and organize nursing program.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Lead Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• Ensure care plan goals and QM/QI reporting.
• Participate in Quality Improvement.
• Provide educational planning.
