Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time opportunity, working every other weekend. Join a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care to residents in our 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Previous supervisor experience needed.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and implement interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and residents.
