Empire Care Centers is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care in our Atlanta facility.

The role emphasizes staffing, clinical leadership, care plan development, and quality improvement, working closely with the Director of Nursing, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinicians to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• GA RN license required.
• 2–3 years of RN experience.
• Ability to supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Staffing recommendations and staff orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON and Unit Manager with staffing decisions and staff orientation.
• Provide clinical leadership to plan, organize, direct, and implement nursing programs.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure accurate coordination between nurses, CNAs and medical staff.
• Lead interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and ensure care plans meet indicators.
• Prepare QM/QI reports and track data to improve care quality.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Develop educational plans to meet changing program needs.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

At Empire Care Centers, we understand the importance of providing exceptional care to our residents. We're seeking an RN Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The RN Supervisor will assess resident needs, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise both LPNs and CNAs.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing – Recommendations regarding needs of the Nursing department, interviews, hires, and orients professional staff.
• Clinical Leadership – the RN Supervisor Works with the DON and Unit Manager to effectively plan, organize, direct, and implement a comprehensive nursing program
• Provides Nursing Leadership to meet the goals of the organization and the individual center
• Works with the DON to ensure timely and accurate compliance between nurses, CNAs, and professional medical staff.
• Initiates and actively participates in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• The RN Supervisor ensures the Interdisciplinary Care Plan addresses all triggered indicators.
• Collaborates with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to obtain information on residents' status and progress toward care plan goals.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of other disciplines
• Prepares accurate reports of the Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) derived from the RAI/MDS. Performs tracks and trends of this data to enhance the knowledge of the Interdisciplinary Team and improve the quality of care through performance improvement initiatives.
• Active involvement in Quality Improvement.
• Implements an educational plan to meet changing program or service needs for self and others.
