Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a premier home health agency in Fair Lawn, NJ. This part-time leadership role combines direct clinical care with care coordination, totaling 20 hours per week at $45,000–$50,000 per year.

You will supervise nursing staff, administer medications, and ensure high-quality home-based care that complies with NJ rules, regulations, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• BSN or related health field from an accredited institution, with at least 2 years RN experience in community/home health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document clients' needs and provide preventive, supportive, and restorative care per standards.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and perform clinical treatments per Plan of Care.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies; maintain productivity.
• Report significant changes in client condition to Director of Nursing and attending physician.
• Adhere to infection control, HIPAA, and safety standards to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain complete client records and timecards; participate in quality improvement activities.
• Reports to Director of Nursing.
