River City Rehab in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part-time position (2 days per week) with shift differential. The RN will oversee nursing care, assess residents, and participate in care planning in a supportive team environment.

The role requires Florida RN licensure in good standing, CPR certification within 90 days, and commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.

• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Experience performing the essential functions of the position is desirable.
• Florida RN license in good standing; CPR certification within 90 days after hire; background check as per Florida statutes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
• Assess residents’ care needs and develop nursing care plans; participate in evaluations.
• Document medical histories, vital signs, and changes; report to physicians and care team.
• Ensure safety and adherence to protocols; supervise CNAs/PCAs on shift as needed.
• Maintain professional growth through education and unit conferences.
