Job summary

Riverside Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) in Jacksonville, FL for full-time and part-time roles. Daily pay is offered. Shifts run 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM to cover resident care needs across a 24-hour cycle.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered FL RN license.
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and physician’s plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation per physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
