Responsabilidades

• Oversee, provide, and coordinate nursing care per facility policies.
• Assess residents’ care needs and contribute to care plan development.
• Document nursing history, vitals, and changes; communicate with physicians.
• Develop and update care plans with input from residents and family.
• Supervise CNAs/PCAs on shift as needed.
• Participate in peer review and ongoing professional development.
