Job summary

Talent With Heart in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a part-time role (20 hours per week). You will provide direct nursing care, implement prescribed treatments, and assess client needs in home or assisted living settings.

Requirements include NJ RN license, BSN or related health field with 2+ years in community/home health, valid driver's license, and strong English communication. Reports to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NJ.
• BSN or related health field with at least 2 years RN experience in community/home health.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong English communication and physical ability for direct care duties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document clients' needs and provide direct nursing care.
• Administer medications and document treatments per Plan of Care.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and participate in quality improvement.
