Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for part-time days and evenings. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process, with attention to discharge planning and patient education.

Requires one year of RN experience and current license; BLS preferred, with ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS. The role includes shifts 7:00 am–7:30 pm or 7:00 pm–7:30 am with every other weekend and holiday; Mercy Health

Formación

• One year of RN experience is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license in the state where working or under compact (required).
• BLS is preferred at hire; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.
• RN-BC, CCRN, PCCN, CMSRN, NIH Stroke certs are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document patient condition using nursing process.
• Develop and maintain individualized nursing care plans; plan for discharge or continuing care.
• Administer medications safely per state and hospital policies.
• Serve as patient safety advocate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient and family education and support; participate in quality improvement.
