Success Education Colleges seeks a part-time Adjunct VN Clinical Instructor to lead live clinical rotations in Bakersfield. You will supervise students in clinical facilities, plan and deliver instruction, and ensure safety and learning outcomes.

The role requires active California LVN/RN licensure, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with hospital sites. Travel is required; hours are 16–32 per week, with compensation between $45 and $50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid California license (RN or LVN).
• Requires strong communication and teaching abilities.
• Experience teaching preferred but not required; clinical supervision skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in clinical facilities and ensure safety.
