Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide selected physical care within nursing practice per resident acuity.
• Apply nursing process: assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Delegate tasks within nursing scope to LPN/CENA.
• Document and communicate resident response, resources, and needs.
