Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Experience in Long Term Care, Rehab, or general Geriatrics preferred
• Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan required
• BLS certification required by completion of core orientation
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• The registered nurse manages care delivery for patients to achieve quality outcomes
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and document patient responses
• Rotate to all units within the facility based on need
• Administer prescribed medication and treatment according to nursing policies
• Develop individualized interventions with patient and staff input
• On-call expectations as required
