Job summary

Bronson Commons in Mattawan is seeking a part-time RN/LPN for the second shift (24 hours per week). The role requires an RN license in Michigan and a nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN).

Responsibilities include delivering patient care under nursing standards, coordinating with the care team, documenting patient status, and participating in orientation and training as provided by Bronson Commons.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Rehab, or geriatrics preferred.
• Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan required.

Responsibilities

• Provide selected aspects of physical care within the scope of nursing practice.
• Use nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) for patient care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and delegate tasks.
• Document patient response to care and resource use.
• Rotate to all units as needed to meet facility demands.
