Job summary

Higher Heights Home Care Inc. in Wilson, NC seeks a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight for in-home clients. The position requires 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, care plan development, supervision of PCS aides, Medicaid/DHHS documentation, and communication with families and physicians. Paid training is provided to support ongoing quality assurance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of NC PCS and DHHS requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience supervising in-home in-home aides (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to PCS aides.
• Maintain Medicaid/DHHS compliant documentation.
• Communicate with caregivers, families, and physicians.
• Support quality assurance and compliance processes.

Skills

Active NC RN license
