Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Health Services Coordinator (Part Time RN) to support the health services team and oversee administrative and clinical tasks. The role emphasizes maintaining resident dignity, coordinating care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN/LVN/LPN license, have 2+ years of healthcare experience, and be able to work 16–20 hours per week in our community setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of related healthcare experience.
• Must complete required background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist DHS with clinical and administrative tasks as directed.
• Draft and update Individualized Service Plans (ISP) as needed.
• Coordinate medication delivery and pharmacy communications per policy.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in resident health.
• Provide training and education on procedures and safety.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Cover duties within the department during absences as needed.
