Job summary

Hopewell Center, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support adults in group homes and serve as a nursing resource for Core A/Core B medication-administration training. The role focuses on clinical oversight, medication management, and education for staff across Hopewell sites.

Flexibility is required with about 20-25 hours weekly, some onsite; occasional evening/weekend on-call coverage may apply. Indiana RN license in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Indiana RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to provide nursing guidance.
• Ability to train and coach non-licensed staff.
• Experience with residential services or HCBS is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration and ensure accuracy of orders and records.
• Provide Core A/Core B medication administration training and staff education.
• Assess and monitor health needs of group home residents; provide clinical guidance.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, guardians, and Hopewell teams.
• Maintain nursing documentation and participate in interdisciplinary planning.
• Occasionally travel between Hopewell locations; valid driver’s license required.
