Job summary

Hopewell Center, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to support adults in our Group Homes, with nursing oversight for Core A/Core B medication administration training and guidance.

The role requires an Indiana RN license in good standing, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to train and mentor non-licensed staff. The position offers flexibility in scheduling with some on-site duties and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration and ensure accuracy of orders and records.
• Provide Core A/Core B medication-administration training and ongoing nursing guidance.
• Assess health needs of individuals in Group Homes and guide care decisions.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, guardians, and Hopewell teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Follow up on hospital visits and changes in orders or medications.
• Collaborate with Health Advocate and other staff to coordinate healthcare needs.
• Maintain nursing documentation and participate in interdisciplinary planning.
