Job summary

Agape Independent Living Group is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Registered Nurse to support individuals with IDD in community-based settings (COMP/NOW Waiver & Community Living Arrangements) in Augusta, GA. This role combines direct health oversight with staff training to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care across sites.

It includes health assessments, medication oversight, and coordination with primary physicians and care teams, with occasional local travel between home sites

Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA in good standing.
• Experience with IDD or waiver services preferred.
• Experience in nursing education/training preferred.
• Knowledge of GA DBHDD guidelines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct health oversight: conduct health assessments and develop healthcare plans.
• Oversee medication administration protocols and health tracking.
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists and care teams.
• Monitor health changes and provide clinical guidance.
