Job summary

Prime Healthcare Services is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Olympia Fields Hospital in Illinois. You will deliver safe patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit, following the nursing process and collaborating with physicians as patient conditions change. This role includes directing patient and family education and guiding nursing staff.

Qualifications include current RN license, BLS, ACLS (preferred), and experience in acute care or ventilator management. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Communicates with physician about changes in patient condition and treatment responses; directs patient and family teaching and guides other staff.
